Instingo Connect does not collect, store, or process any personal identifiers such as names, email addresses, or device IDs. We operate strictly on the fitness data your users choose to share, nothing more. Your users' identities remain entirely within your system — we never see them.
Every data collection is scoped to exactly the metrics you configure: steps, HRV, sleep, calories, or whichever combination your use case requires. End-users see a clear consent screen showing precisely what will be shared before they connect their tracker. Nothing is collected outside the agreed scope, and your configuration is the single source of truth.
New fitness data is pushed to your endpoint the moment it arrives — no polling, no delays. You can consume it as standard HTTP webhooks or via MCP hooks for direct integration into AI pipelines and agent toolchains.
